Reviews
Lanes, food and customer service are all great! Lanes are typically all working great. I never hesitate to grab some boneless wings and fries! Customer service is always very kind and helpful. A small Atascadero of fun games too! A very enjoyable experience every time I visit.
BEWARE: The ball return shattered our bowling ball after the attendant forgot to turn on the ball return when we started. After it turned on we heard a screeching noise from the ball return and it spit out our ball cracked, as you can see in the attached pictures.
When we asked what they could do to make it right they consistently spoke over us and tried to insist that we must have left the ball in a hot car, despite our attempts to explain to them that the ball has always been kept inside of an air conditioned room and has never had problems with cracks or other damage.
We will never be returning to this bowling alley knowing that we risk having our balls ruined without any sort of compensation from the alley who caused the damage.
We had a nice time bowling as a family. The lady at the front was about as kind as kind can be. My issues were that they were obviously short staffed and the lanes were not in good working order. I walked over to the food area to oder a soda and stood there for about 5 minutes. The gentleman working was very busy but he didn't even acknowledge my presence. I realize he was busy and it's hard to find folks to work right now but a "be with you in a moment" would have gone a long ways. Additionally, the lane kept eating our ball. We would bowl and the ball would not come back for multiple frames. Very frustrating and annoying. The lady at the front desk compensated us for our trouble. We still had fun, not like we are competitive bowlers but these issues took away from our experience and thus the three star review. I wouldn't avoid this bowling alley but with so many to choose from, we will likely choose another in the future.
I will say, this was a very enjoyable experience. I attended a company gathering here with a large group of colleagues. The attendance to our needs via our.groupnpackage were met extremely well. The servers were very attentive. The one thing I was put off by was the high cost of the one beer I had. I knew it wasn't covered within the group package to begin with. The price surprised me nonetheless.
Fun activity with the grandkids between school and soccer ⚽️ practice. I think the focus on the shoes and the cost of shoes were high; and the shoes were not in great shape.
The shoes were close to $6.00 "TO RENT"; so for two (2) minors and one (1) adult, the mandatory shoes cost $18.00; yes $18.00. To bowl, per game, was under $6.00.
A large pizza and pitcher of lemonade were on special and tasted like bowling alley food; the kids loved it.
Everything was maintained beautifully. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
Discounting the sticker shock on the shoes, it was a very good day, great experience; fun time.....
Pins didn't reset completely a couple of times and the ball didn't always return but we still enjoyed bowling there. Shoes are in really rough shape.
all of the employees are awesome. the new game room is 10 times better than before. lanes need a little help but what alley doesn't. nice job kyrene team.
Overpriced and outdated. Not family friendly, especially young children. They wanted $60 for ONE game for a family of four. The equipment and machines were breaking down and worn. There was only one kid ramp. Avoid and go somewhere else, this was a dud.
